Fundamentals covers the seven financial decisions that make or break a self-build: elemental cost planning, programme, structured tendering, contract understanding, valuations, variations and contingency management. Includes nine months of QSPro Starter.
Development Mastery — Finance, Delivery & Control | £797
The complete professional system. Mastery adds full development appraisal and GDV modelling, advanced cost planning, tendering and procurement strategy, contract administration, dispute avoidance, programme control and financial governance — grounded in real case studies from £100m+ of delivered residential development across the Home Counties.
